6. Tour Disclaimer
All tour fares are inclusive of GST (Taxes). Online booking attracts a charge of 2.5% of tour cost. Highlands Food & Wine Tours reserves the right to cancel tours, amend fares, itineraries and days of operation. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport or use associated tour operators as required. Refunds are not available for wet or changing weather conditions. Prices shown are in Australian currency and are subject to change with out notice.
Highlands Food & Wine Tours cannot and does not take any responsibility for any injury or loss of any type arising in any matter for any tour components not operated by Highlands Food & Wine Tours. Highlands Food & Wine Tours does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any property. A minimum of two (2) passengers are required for the tour to proceed – unless permission from Highlands Food & Wine Tours is otherwise received. All tours are escorted by an experienced host/driver.
7. Tour Variations / Cancellations
To confirm your place in a tour or your group booking 30% deposit is required as soon as possible. Your booking cannot be confirmed until this deposit is received.
Full payment for group bookings is required 14 days before the date of the tour.
Tour variations may occur due to extreme weather conditions, other tourism operator closures, last minute changes received from other tourism operators or traffic disruptions. If any of these circumstances should arise, Highlands Food & Wine Tours will revise the itinerary to impact as little as possible on the remainder of the tour.
8. Cancellation Policies
For all bookings made with Highlands Food & Wine Tours the following cancellation charges apply:
* For all cancellations 15% admin fee will be charged on total tour amount
* For cancellations between 2-14 days before the tour date 50% cancellation penalty applies on total tour amount
* For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or “no show” 100% cancellation penalty applies on total tour amount
9. Information Use
Once you choose to provide us with personally identifiable information, you can be assured that it will only be used to support your customer relationship with Highlands Food & Wine Tours. If you provide us with your email or postal address, we will ask you if we can use it to send you updates on the latest Highlands Food & Wine Tours products and promotions. From time to time, we may use your information to contact you for market research or to provide you with marketing information we think would be of particular interest to you. We will also ask you if you want us to share your personal information with other companies that offer related services.
